Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                     
NO. 336(STA) "An Act relating to electronic voting procedures for                                                               
electric and telephone cooperatives; and providing for an effective                                                             
date." The Judiciary Committee passed SENATE BILL NO. 260 "An                                                                   
Act relating to electronic voting procedures for electric and telephone                                                         
cooperatives; and providing for an effective date" (a similar bill) out of                                                      
committee, (page 1763) with a do pass recommendation. Without                                                                   
objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
